$250 per night, price is negotiable for a long stay

The bedrooms in each villa have the same features and amenities  

- Private Entrance
- 1 Kingsize bed
- Air-conditioning
- Ceiling fan
- Wardrobe (with hangers)
- Flatscreen television with USB-port
- Luxurious bathroom:
* two separate wash-basins
* large walk-in shower with 'rain' showerhead
* toilet 

The following service is included when renting a room at The Knippenga Estate

- Clean Towel service (every other day)
- Clean Linen service (every other day)

The following services can be offered at an additional payment

- Laundry service
- Breakfast service (also possible in the room)
- Grocery shopping
